Activities

The Childhood Knowledge Centre aims to act as a hub which puts the different agencies involved in development of child-oriented activities in contact, in order to innovate and improve products and services for children.

To achieve its aims, the Childhood Knowledge Centre does the following:

• Promotion of networking. Interaction between professionals and specialists to create common collaborative spaces.
• Collection of scientific and technical information about each of the links in the value chain of children’s products.
• Generation of knowledge about products and services aimed at children.
• Dissemination of knowledge about children’s products and services to businesses, public institutions, international organizations, researchers, professionals and specialists.
• Sharing best practice of those who develop excellent children’s products and services, in order to increase knowledge and raise awareness of the importance of safety, quality, design and innovation in the process of generating them.
